Once agreement to proceed is given, a Bardow Group executive is allocated to the task. This individual will remain as the day to day contact responsible for the Client and the work in progress, thus assuring continuity.

Using highly experienced resource, working with a proven business model, the Bardow Group guides the Client through the process highlighting areas where Client input is expected and is imperative to ensuring success.

As our executives will be experienced in the Client's specific field of activity, a rapid start up is assured.

It is our aim to minimise disruption to the Client's normal activities. With our focus and targeted approach, our Client's see us as the enabler of progress rather than a disruptive influence on the day to day business.

The Bardow Group uses a proven business model in supporting our Client's business strategic changes. Each step is independent with a documented deliverable at the completion of each stage. The selection of steps is customer specific and typically the project can vary in length from 1 to 6 months.
