Process Improvement
Over time, companies can become inefficient due to changes in technology, market changes, and the human inertia associated with making tough changes in organisational structure and personnel. The following options menu allows management to select the service that targets relevant problems and identifies appropriate remedial actions.
Marketing/Business Plan Assessment: Define the scope and cost of implementing the company business plan, including capacity assessment of current operations centres, assessing the implementation costs of the business plan as currently structured, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Current Service and Cost Assessment: Identify specific areas where service and/or cost problems exist, including comparisons with industry benchmarks, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Assessment of Causes of Low Performance: Define specific reasons for and causes of low performance, including identifying organisational insufficiencies, spotting work fragmentation, locating training deficiencies, and searching out impediments in the work flow/process.
Implementation of Performance Improvements: Following an assessment of the organisation's strengths and weaknesses, create a scorecard of key indicators for evaluating service effectiveness, productivity, and cost-effectiveness, install a management reporting system for evaluating service and cost effectiveness, and implement a work control system that involves all levels in achievement of team goals, and provide a plan and schedule for next-step initiatives.
