The firm employs practitioner executives and brings specialised expertise to bear on an as-needed basis. Bardow Group activities are led by the following seasoned executives:

Chris Barrett serves as an independent executive practitioner to a number of companies and specialises in strategy planning, business development, partnerships, and outsourcing. Chris is a proven General Manager and Director with over twenty five years of international experience working for blue chip organisations in the payment services industry and has worked in more than thirty countries. He has held executive positions for domestic and global companies, including American Express, US Bancorp and Lloyds Bank.

Geoff Down has over thirty five years of experience in the international retail and financial services software sector. Geoff has created and built several companies operating in a sophisticated environment in the UK and continental Europe. He has a comprehensive understanding of running software and service companies domestically and internationally, has developed and implemented management information systems, and is an experienced negotiator. He founded and served as Managing Director, and later Chairman, of Savantor, based in London.

Dwane Krumme has held executive positions with both domestic and international companies in the payments industry for more than thirty years. Dwane has been responsible for P&L management, business and market development, strategic negotiations, project management, start-up management, and leadership roles in payment industry professional organisations. He served in executive posts at First Interstate Bancorporation and JCB Co., Ltd., where he acted as executive advisor to company management in Tokyo, Japan.
